MERATH AL SHARQ maintains an approved governance, QHSE and responsible-business framework under controlled document management. Implementation evidence is maintained according to actual operating activity and the requirements of each accepted scope.
How Controls Are Defined
- Identify applicable law, client, contract and scope requirements.
- Assess quality risks, hazards, environmental aspects and interfaces.
- Define responsibilities, competence, controls and required evidence.
- Monitor agreed records, inspections, issues and corrective actions.
- Complete required handover and close-out evidence.

Business Conduct
The approved and signed framework addresses business conduct, anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, human rights, fair labour, ethical recruitment, speak-up/non-retaliation, privacy and supplier/subcontractor expectations.
Framework Status
Approval or signature does not by itself represent ISO certification, client approval, audited conformity, universal implementation or a verified performance result. Each individual policy or procedure is represented according to its actual status; a draft or management-review document is not presented as fully implemented evidence.
