Clear technical requirements, safe work planning and defined responsibilities provide the basis for an assignment with MASCO. Health, safety and environment (HSE) requirements are considered alongside quality and commercial obligations.
Quality
MASCO reviews specifications, proposed materials, inspection points and required records as part of the offer. Traceability, technical submissions, delivery documents and handover information are included where the purchase or work package requires them.
Health and safety
Task and site risks inform the proposed working arrangements. The scope identifies relevant induction, permits, protective equipment, supervision and emergency interfaces, together with the party responsible for each requirement.
Environmental responsibility
Storage, material handling, waste, spill prevention and reinstatement needs are considered for the work. Responsibilities and supporting records are agreed with the relevant project parties.
Business integrity
Commercial discussions identify the contracting parties, authorised representatives and agreed responsibilities. Supplier introductions are assessed against their proposed scope and supporting information.
Unusual payment instructions or changes to commercial details should be verified through the published company contact.
