Scope boundary: Structural design, specialist systems and regulated work remain with identified competent parties outside the stated fit-out boundary.

Supporting records: Methods, permits, risk controls, relevant competence evidence, material certificates, inspection results, redline drawings and completion records.

Scope boundary: Engineering calculations, OEM services, commissioning, heavy lifting and licensed specialist work are not claimed here; any such need requires separate capability and provider verification.

Representative scope: Cables and containment, lighting, earthing, distribution accessories, equipment connections, replacements, maintenance and specified testing support.

Information for review: Approved drawings and schedules; load and protection information; isolation, area classification and permit requirements; programme and acceptance tests.

Deliverables to agree: Method and resource proposal, material schedule, agreed installation, inspections, assigned testing records, marked-up drawings and handover.

Scope boundary: No emergency response time, continuous coverage or spare availability is implied. Any service-level commitment requires a separately confirmed arrangement.

Scope boundary: Heavy civil works, specialist lifting, security, transport and regulated activities are outside this category and require separate review.
