CONTRACTING
Contracting opportunities are evaluated against technical scope, site conditions, schedule, resources, QHSE requirements, interfaces and commercial risk.
Capability, availability, delivery route, schedule and commercial commitment are confirmed for each opportunity in writing.
Depending on the approved scope, delivery may use verified internal resources, qualified subcontractors, specialist suppliers or opportunity-specific partners under defined responsibilities and controls.
BEFORE WORK
