Form Privacy & Submission Notice
This notice applies to website forms used for RFQs, prequalification, document requests, supplier introductions, partnerships, careers and general enquiries.
Authority to Submit
By submitting, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the information for the stated business purpose and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Data Minimisation
Provide only information relevant to the request. Do not submit passwords, OTP codes, payment-card data, unnecessary identity records, medical information or unrequested bank details.
Routing and Records
A successful submission creates a durable business record and a unique public reference. Authorised personnel may access the record for validation, review, response, security and audit purposes. After durable storage, the website submits an internal notification and a submitter acknowledgement through the configured company email route. The public reference remains the authoritative receipt if email confirmation is delayed.
Attachments
Document uploads are not enabled in this release. Do not try to submit documents or confidential or sensitive information through these forms. Any future upload route remains subject to separate approval.
Receipt Is Not Acceptance
A receipt confirmation does not constitute a quotation, acceptance, approved- vendor status, contract, award, employment, exclusivity or commercial commitment.
Fraud Prevention
Submissions may be screened for spam, abuse, duplicate requests and security risk. Suspicious or invalid requests may be rejected or closed.
Retention
Records are retained according to the applicable business and legal retention model. Any specific retention schedule requires owner/legal approval and system implementation.
